Blue Advantage Rewards & Wellness Program
In addition to the other great features of your Blue Advantage® (PPO) plan, when you enroll in the Blue Advantage Rewards & Wellness Program, you can earn gift cards for completing healthy activities!
Earn gift cards when you complete healthy activities like getting your annual wellness visit and your annual flu shot. Find the full list of 2025 eligible activities here. It may take between 8 to 12 weeks after you complete the activity to receive your gift card.

Already registered for myBlueCross? Log in and Explore Your Rewards.
If you do not have a myBlueCross account, you can Register here. Once you have completed registration, you're ready to log in to your myBlueCross account and Explore Your Rewards.
After enrolling, you can continue to access the Blue Advantge Rewards & Wellness Program online portal through myBlueCross by clicking on Blue Advantage Rewards & Wellness on the right side of the home page.
In the online portal you will also find wellness resources to guide you including:
- A health assessment that recommends healthy habits to improve your health.
- Videos and articles on topics like nutrition and health conditions.
- Self-guided programs that help you set goals and create healthy habits.
